IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our agile software development team working on payment solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the predictable delivery of work within your assigned development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects in an agile, technical environment.

• Plan, track, and follow up on iterative work and milestones.

• Work closely together with the business area's Product Manager to ensure strategic alignment.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove delivery impediments.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.

• Monitor key metrics, risks, and progress to support informed decisions.

• Support teams with a servant leadership and collaboration-focused mindset.

Experience: At least 3 years of proven project management experience in an agile software development or technical environment, with responsibility for overseeing and coordinating the full product lifecycle.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, combined with attention to detalis.

• Proficient in the use of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence or similar tools) to manage projects and drive iterative progress.

• Active involvement in identifying, managing, and removing impediments.

• Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret metrics and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
